All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and if you have paid online, we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Dubai. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to our selected delivery locations here only. Any shipments outside of these locations are not available currently.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 day of the date of your order. Please note our Express delivery is applicable on selected products and will be shipped within 3 hours of placing the order. Time of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Upon confirmed orders, as per the delivery schedule and instructions provided by customer,The products are hygienically processed and delivered to your doorstep by temperature controlled Reefer Vehicles. Air temperature of delivery vehicle 0°C to +5°C is maintained always.
Shipping costs are based on the total amount of your order and the delivery method. If the total cart amount is below the minimum order, an additional 20 AED shipping fee will be levied. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional 10 AED is charged for express delivery service on selected products. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. All the prices are VAT excluded.
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at buyonline@freshcatch.ae and return the products.
